The deadline has been extended to sign up for the 5th annual
Small Business Showcase.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, at Hood River
Valley Adult Center.
Businesses have until 5 p.m. Monday, Feb,. 27, to reserve space.
Showcase is an opportunity for more than two dozen businesses to
promote themselves in a single location. The event is organized
by the Chamber Ambassadors, which also oversees the Business
After Hours program.
Registration is $75 for Chamber members or $175 for non-members.
Non-members who sign up may apply $100 of their registration fee
toward the $185 annual base dues for membership in the Chamber.
To reserve space, call Mike Doke at (541) 386-1645 or Chamber
Executive Director Craig Schmidt at (541) 386-2000. Space is
available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participating businesses may set up and decorate a booth.
Folding tables will be provided. During the event, business
owners can demonstrate and offer samples of their products and
services.
Businesses also are encouraged to donate a door prize for the
Business After Hours business card drawing.
Door prize drawings will conducted at the booth of each
business. Catered refreshments will be provided. |
