ZellerFrankie Summage Zeller

on April 3, 2008, with his loving family at his side.
Frankie’s family is planning a time
to celebrate his life and mourn his passing at 11 a.m. Saturday,
April 12, at Hood River Valley High School in the Bowe
Auditorium, 1220 Indian Creek Road.

relatives through his first 12 years. He had many fond memories
of time spent with Uncle Jeff and Aunt Audrey Carson, his Uncle
Calley Jones and his grandfather, Ted, and grandmother, Billie

Frankie and his sister then moved
to The Dalles, Ore., where they lived with their Uncle Will and
Aunt Debbie Wingfield and their son, Jared. In 1987 Frankie
moved to Hood River and became part of the Zeller family.
Frankie attended Hood River Valley
High School and graduated in 1989. He was a record-breaking
weight lifter and was also active in track, baseball and
football; but his favorite sport was football.
After high school be went to Alaska
and worked on a commercial fishing boat for four years. He then
started a power washing business in the Portland area and
eventually became a successful general contractor.
While in Portland he met Hedley
Sandness; they married on Sept. 16, 2000, and were blessed with
three children (two by blood and another by love): Jordyn, Jacob
and Lindsey.
Frankie enjoyed jet skiing,
fishing, hunting, boating and golfing, and especially spending
time with his family and friends. He genuinely loved life and
made the most of it.
Frankie is survived by his mother,
Dianna, of Hood River, Ore.; sisters Marchi Colwell of Hood
River, Nadine Stathas, of West Linn, Ore., Gladys Edwards, of
Redding, Calif., Tammy Summage, of Los Angeles, Calif., and

fund. Please send remembrances in care of Anderson’s Tribute
