A Sunday farmer’s market only part-way into
its second season in Cascade Locks has pulled up stakes.
City event coordinator Phyllis Thiemann said
the organizer didn’t feel there was enough local participation in the
market. She and local business owners are still looking for a way to make
the market happen and are searching for vendors interested in selling
their wares on Sunday in downtown Cascade Locks.
