Heavy wet snowflakes were falling
steadily on Mt. Hood Wednesday afternoon.
Enough snow has come down that the
Cooper Spur Ski Area plans to open Thursday morning.
Ski area manager Barbara Pacheco
said her staff is ready to go. Cooper Spur’s hours are from 9
a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and
Saturday through Jan. 5 when they return to their weekend
schedule.
