Pipe supervisor Gonzo Torres guides a steel plate into place at
Third and Oak. The plates will prevent basement damage when heavy
equipment moves into place. Extensive digging will happen this week on Oak
between Third and Fifth. Fourth Street between Oak and State will also be
closed for the undergrounding of utilities. Sidewalks remain open and free
parking is available in the city lot at Fourth and Cascade.
