I-84 westbound reopens
Westbound traffic
on I-84 was flowing again by about 8 p.m. Thursday. Earlier in the
evening, the westbound lanes were
closed at Milepost 50 near Hood River. A hay truck fire near
Cascade Locks backed up traffic for miles earlier this afternoon,
necessitating the closure, as emergency crews worked the fire.
