September 7, 2007

To Rivers’ right is museum founder Jeremy Young. Holding the ribbon are Mike Bell, left, and Chamber of Commerce president Ray Felton, right. To Rivers’ left is Mayor Linda Streich. At left are Will Carey, Jean Harmon and Chris Strader. At right are Carol Annala, Mary Gumm and Pat Graham.
