Feb. 11 — Cascade Avenue at 18th Street — Female arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants with a BAC of .12 percent. She released her vehicle to a sober passenger and was lodged at NORCOR.

Feb. 10 — Highway 35 at Van Horn Drive — Officer responded to a two-car vehicle crash. One driver was cited for careless driving.

Feb. 5 — Tucker Road, 1300 block — Male was arrested for DUII following a traffic stop. Suspect breath test yielded at BAC of .16 percent. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Feb. 1 — S.E. Sunset Avenue, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Female reported ex-husband using a joint account that was closed over a year ago to make purchases.

Feb. 2 — N.W. Lakeside Drive, 0-100 block, Cascade Locks — Resident reported identity theft and forgery.

Feb. 3 — Tucker Road, 1600 block — Business reported receiving several invalid checks from an adult male. The checks were all returned as un-payable to prior account closure.

Jan. 24 — Tucker Road, 1200 block — Officer took a report of a hit-and-run inside a mobile home park. Vehicle was damaged.

Jan. 26 — S.W. WaNaPa Street, 500 block, Cascade Locks — Cascade Locks Fire Department reported a vehicle crashing into a flagpole on their property causing damage.

Jan. 27 — Old Columbia River Drive, 2600 block — Female was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver causing property damage following an investigation of a damaged vehicle in the parking lot across from the China Gorge restaurant.

Jan. 7 — Barrett Drive, 4200 block — Male was arrested for criminal trespass and driving while suspended-revoked following an incident on Barrett Drive.

Jan. 8 — Highway 281 near Tucker Bridge — Resident reported a vehicle window being broken out.

Jan. 7 — Highway 35 at milepost 98 — Male was arrested for DUII, failure to carry a license following a traffic stop. Breath test resulted in a BAC of .06 percent. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Jan. 8 — Oak Street at First Street — Male was arrested for DUII. Suspect refused breath test and was lodged at NORCOR.

Jan. 1 — Odell Highway, 3300 block — Officers responded to an assault in progress call involving a knife. Suspect, who had left the residence, was later located and interviewed. Case has been referred to the District Attorney.

Jan. 1 — Belmont Drive, 2500 block — Male was arrested for domestic assault against his father.

Jan. 2 — S.W. Wasco Street, 0-100 block, Cascade Locks — Officers arrested a male and female for domestic assault. Both were lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 26 — S.E. Sunset Avenue at S.E. Hammond Avenue, Cascade Locks — Two juvenile males were cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Dec. 26 — Old Columbia River Drive at Highway 35 — Male was arrested for possession of heroin and an outstanding state parole board warrant following a traffic stop. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR and found to have in possession an additional substance in an inner jacket pocket which was sent out for testing.

Dec. 30 — Highway 35, 14000 block, MHM Ski resort — Officers took a small box of marijuana and pipes that had been confiscated by security officials into custody.

Dec. 31 — Indian Creek Drive at Barrett Drive — Four juvenile males were cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption while parked at Diamond Fruit cold storage.

Jan. 1 — Binns Hill Drive, 5600 block — Officers responded to a report of an alleged assault. Alleged victim had left the area by the time officers arrived. Investigation yielded information on heroin possession and reporting party gave false information.

Dec. 27 — Country Club Road, 1900 block — Officer contacted a male subject regarding a criminal mischief complaint.

Jan. 1 — Hammond Street, 100 block, Cascade Locks — Disorderly conduct disturbance reported at a residence.

Dec. 30 — Interstate 84 eastbound at milepost 39 — Male was arrested for DUII, and carrying a concealed weapon after officer checked on what appeared to be a broken-down vehicle. Brass knuckles were found in suspect’s possession.

Dec. 30 — Port of Hood River Visitors Center — Male was arrested for DUII, driving while revoked as habitual offender. Suspect refused a breath test and after a search warrant was obtained and blood drawn, suspect was transported and lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 28 — N.E. Forest Lane, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Female was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured following a crash into an unoccupied hotel room at the Cascade Motel.

Dec. 29 — Tucker Road at Portland Drive — Officer responded to a two-car motor vehicle crash. No citations were issued and one vehicle was towed from the scene.

Dec. 29 — S.W. WaNaPa Street at S.W. Wasco Street, Cascade Locks — An abandoned pickup truck was towed.

Jan. 1 — Cooper Spur Road — Officer responded to a single-car motor vehicle crash.

Dec. 28 — Quail Court, 1000 block — Juvenile male was arrested on an outstanding warrant for burglary, criminal mischief and theft. The suspect was lodged at NORCOR Juvenile Detention facility.

Dec. 30 — S.W. Moody Street, 500 block, Cascade Locks — Resident reported a burglary and theft of items from a residence.

Dec. 30 — S.W. Moody Street, 500 block, Cascade Locks — Officer took a report of cash stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Jan. 2 — Tea Cup SnoPark — Male reported unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft of items.

Dec. 27 — Martin Road, 1400 block — Juvenile male was reported to have run away from his foster home.

Dec. 30 — Columbia River — Two sheriff’s office personnel recovered two pontoons off of a Hobie cat that were floating down the river. They placed them on the boat ramp until they were later impounded.

Dec. 30 — Highway 35, 2300 block — Gas station staff reported an individual who attempted to pass a forged $20 bill. Suspect had left the scene prior to officer’s arrival.

Jan. 2 — Tucker Road, 2300 block — Officer responded to an unattended death of a 69-year-old male.

Jan. 2 — Webb Drive, 3900 block — Officer responded to a reported unattended death.

Jan. 2 — State Street Courthouse — Female came to the courthouse to advise that she was no longer a missing person.

Dec. 23 — Highway 282 at Straight Hill Road — Driver was stopped for a traffic violation and cited for possession of marijuana.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, trespass and vandalism:

Dec. 22 — Odell Highway at Dee Highway — Male was arrested for two counts of improper use of a 9-1-1 emergency reporting system. While taking suspect into custody, he resisted arrest and was charged with criminal mischief after attempting to break out the right rear passenger cage and rear window of the patrol vehicle. Significant damage to the rear door, door screen, rear radar antenna and mounts were inflicted. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 24 — Mud Alley Drive, 3600 block — Resident reported a home being hit with paint balls.

Dec. 19 — Interstate 84 eastbound at milepost 57  — Male was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver hit-and-run and four counts of reckless endangering. Breath test resulted in a BAC of .09 percent. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 23 — Barker Road, 1300 block — Male reported theft of services and negotiating a bad check by an individual.

Dec. 21 — Dethman Ridge Drive at Odell Highway — Officer initiated a vehicle tow after finding an abandoned vehicle parked partially in the roadway. No operator was located.

Dec. 21 — Interstate 84 westbound at milepost 49 — Officer responded to a single-car, non-injury crash. Vehicle was towed from the scene and no citations issued.

Dec. 21 — Odell Highway, 3300 block — Officer took a report of a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the Mid Valley Market parking lot. No witnesses were located.

Dec. 12 —Barrett Drive — Male was arrested for DUII following a traffic stop. Suspect registered .27 percent BAC on the intoxilyzer. Suspect was lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 17 — N.W. WaNaPa Street, 700 block, Cascade Locks — Male was arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, false information to police and two outstanding warrants. Driver was also cited for driving while suspended and open container alcohol. Driver was lodged at NORCOR and vehicle was towed.

Dec. 17 — Mt. Hood Meadows access road — Officer investigated a two-car motor vehicle accident. Road conditions were the main factor in the crash. Vehicles were blocking traffic and injuries were sustained. All patients were transported to PHRMH.

Dec. 18 — Highway 35, 400 block — Officer investigated at two-car motor vehicle accident just north of Highway 30 intersection. No injuries occurred and no citations were issued.

Suspect was lodged at NORCOR and is now facing additional investigation as a fugitive from ICE.

Oct. 3 — Indian Creek Drive, HRVHS — Following a single-vehicle roll-over at York Hill Road, the owner of the vehicle was located and reported that three male juveniles had taken the vehicle without permission from the high school lot. Oct. 3 — Country Club Road — Officer investigated a single-car crash which included some county property damage. The driver fled the scene.  Driver was located three days later and was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver.

Oct. 8 — S.W. WaNaPa Street at S.W. Oneonta Street — Following a traffic stop for failure to signal turn, driver was cited for driving while suspended, no operator’s license, driving uninsured and failure to dim headlights. Vehicle was towed.

Oct. 9 — North Cooper Spur Road north of Baseline Drive — Officer investigated a two-car crash. One driver was cited for careless driving. Both vehicles were towed from the crash site.

Oct. 5 — Methodist Drive, 900 block — Landlord reported destruction of rental house upon departure of tenants who were delinquent in payments by several months. Upon entry, landlord also found a marijuana grow area with remaining leaf in the house. Officer was asked to collect marijuana for destruction.

Oct. 7 — Lois Drive, 3600 block — Resident reported the egging of their vehicle by unknown suspects.

Oct. 9 — Barrett Drive, 4000 block — Resident reported a black lab attack on a chicken. The dog was running loose on Barrett drive and owners were located on Moser Road.

Oct. 1 — Highway 35 at Gilhouley Road — Male was cited for no operator’s license and speeding. Vehicle was towed after officer learned that the driver had just been cited by another deputy for driving without a license.

Oct. 2 — Tucker Road at Blackburn Drive — Single-car rollover occurred when driver swerved to miss a skunk. Driver was also cited for driving without insurance and an expired vehicle license.

Sept. 10 — Belmont Drive, 3900 block — Male reported the theft of his wallet from an unlocked car while it was parked at his residence. One of the victim’s credit cards was later used at a local area business.

Sept. 10 — Interstate 84 at exit 51 westbound — Vehicle was stopped for failure to maintain lane. Driver was found to be operating without a license and vehicle was uninsured. Driver was cited.

Sept. 11 — C Street, 1400 block — Male was arrested for driving while criminally suspended following a traffic stop.

Sept. 11 — Belmont Drive at Methodist Drive — Female was involved in a car versus power pole crash, reported caused by a vehicle which fled the scene after cutting in front of the car which hit the pole.

Sept. 12 — Highway 281 near Secure Storage — Three-car crash occurred in front of the storage facility when a truck rear-ended a stopped Honda, who was forced forward into the back of a third stopped vehicle.

Sept. 13 — Hassalo Street, Cascade Locks — Adults reported a vehicle being driven in a reckless manner at a high rate of speed. The driver fled the scene prior to deputy’s arrival. Vehicle was towed.

Sept. 8 — N.E. Forest Lane, 400 block, Cascade Locks — Burglary was reported at a residence and items taken included an iPod, headphones and a microphone.

Sept. 9 — Highway 35, 600 block — Male reported the theft of two bicycles and one hedge trimmer from an unlocked shop located at a residence. Loss was valued at approximately $7,300.

Sept. 13 — Swyers Drive, 1600 block — Female reported the theft of items from a residence and identified a potential thief — who was later contacted and denied the theft.

Sept. 1 — Odell Highway at Chevron Drive — Vehicle was towed when driver was found to have no operator’s license and no insurance following a traffic stop.

Sept. 1 — Odell Highway, 3000 block — Officer stopped a vehicle following reports of a possible drunk driver. Driver was not impaired but was eating lunch while driving. Driver was cited for driving while suspended, driving without a safety belt and driving uninsured. The vehicle was towed.

Sept. 1 — Odell Highway at Chevron Drive — Two-car motor vehicle crash occurred. One driver was cited for careless driving. No injuries occurred.

Sept. 2 — Avalon Drive, 3400 block — Adult reported hit-and-run damage by a vehicle to mailboxes. Driver of vehicle was located and parties agreed to a civil compromise.

Sept. 2 — N.W. WaNaPa Street, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Male was arrested for theft and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 3 — Hood River — Officer investigated the theft of marijuana plants from a grow area. Suspect was arrested and charged with theft. Suspect was later charged with burglary and two additional counts of theft, involving the firearm found in his possession.

Sept. 3 — Westcliff Drive, 4100 block — Resident reported the theft of a trailer full of firewood. 

Sept. 4 — S.E. Sunset Avenue, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Resident reported the theft of a garage door opener from an unlocked vehicle.

Aug. 29 — Eagle Creek — Officer responded to an injury call for a 21-year-old male who had jumped from the Punch Bowl Falls and sustained back and side injuries. Upon arriving, male was transported to trailhead and on to a Portland hospital by ambulance.

Sept. 3 — Midway Road — Male was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
