Cascade Locks 10th Annual Festival of Lights, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the City Hall Gym. Come and enjoy free cookies and warm beverages; get your picture taken with Santa; make a Christmas ornament; sing Christmas carols with your friends and neighbors, and watch the lighting of the lights!
