Country Living class: Wet Felted Slippers, 1-5 p.m. at Rockford Community Grange. Learn the process of making felt from wool roving and shaping that felt to your own purpose. This process can be used to create shoes, hats, bags, or vessels. Pre-register by Nov. 1 by calling 509-493-8221. (Registration possible after Nov. 1 with permission from instructor.) Class fee: $45, plus $15 supply fee. Bring a bag lunch and a towel.
