Providence Hospice of the Gorge offers a free presentation, "Get Me Through the Holidays": 10 strategies for coping during the holidays following the death of a loved one, 10-11:30 a.m. at 1630 Woods Court (off Pacific Avenue), Hood River. This seminar helps people who are grieving the death of a loved one to discover practical and meaningful ways to cope during the holidays. Many of these strategies can be used for other meaningful dates such as birthdays or anniversaries.
