Hood River Holidays Kick-Off, 6:30-9 p.m. in downtown Hood River. The festival begins with the city’s holiday parade and the lighting of the Oak Street and city tree. The main street will be closed for an evening of live music, food vendors, bouncy houses, children’s arts and crafts and Santa, with merchants staying open late.
