“Women’s Wisdom: Following Your Heart,” presented by Beth Welton-Miller, M.S., L.M.T., 6:30-9 p.m. Do you sometimes feel off course, frustrated or confused about what you most want and need? In this experiential class learn the four key skills to discover and trust the innate wisdom that resides within you. This will give you focus and inner peace.
