Columbia Center for the Arts will present the first Mt. Hood Independent Film Festival in Hood River Oct. 26-28. Venues for the festival include the 175-seat theater at Columbia Center for the Arts as well as Springhouse Cellar and others to be announced.
A three-day, all access pass is $25 and a one-day pass is $10.
