“Make Parenting a Pleasure,” a fun, family-oriented series for parents, grandparents, foster parents, and child care providers will start at HR Early Childhood Center in Pine Grove.
The parenting series will be Tuesdays at 5:30-7:30 p.m. for 12 weeks and is designed for adults who take care of children ages 0-8.
Topics covered include: motivating your child, setting limits, using positive approaches to discipline, child development, communication, and preparing your child for school success.
Free family dinner and free child care (ages 6 months to 11 years) provided.
The $25/family registration fee will be collected on the second week; anyone can come the first night to check out the series.
Facilitator will be Karon Yheulon.
