Ribbon-cutting for reopening of The History Museum will take place from 2-4 p.m. at the museum, 300 E. Marina Drive, Hood River; free admission. The museum is opening its doors again after a long extensive renovation and remodeling that began in November 2011. It has been completely upgraded with all-new displays and exhibits and has added a new Education and Exploration space for school tours and visits by kids and families. Refreshments will be provided.
