Youth, parents, service providers, local government, law enforcement, education, faith community, elders, business community, media, recreation, health, mental and social services are all invited to attend a Child Abuse Prevention Grant community board orientation, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday at the HR County Board of Commissioners’ meeting room, 601 State St.
Participants will develop skills necessary for creating a high-functioning, collaborative team.
