OSU will offer a class, "Recipe to Market," an introductory course for food entrepreneurs who want to learn about taking their product to market, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Students will spend a day at the OSU Food Innovation Center in Portland. Transportation provided; meet at 8:30 a.m. at the CGCC Hood River campus.
