Second Saturday at WAAAM
This month’s theme is “Hollywood: Stars and their Cars (and Planes) with Sonny Starr.”
From the movie “CARS,” “Doc,” a Hudson Hornet; “Herbie the Love Bug,” the iconic VW Beetle; “The World’s Fastest Indian” (motorcycle) and our very own Parker Pusher that flew in the movie “Million Dollar Mermaid,” cars, planes and motorcycles have been a part of Hollywood and in our lives since moving pictures began. You are invited to laugh, learn and share this day with us as we enjoy a blast from the past with Sonny Starr, Hollywood producer, speaker and columnist, and host of the nation’s number-one classic Hollywood program “Starr Talk,” heard live around the world (sunstarstudios.com).
9 a.m.-5 p.m. — WAAAM is open
10 a.m.-2 p.m. — A Museum in Action: watch and learn. Stop by and see what museum volunteers get flying and driving.

Take time to chat with Sonny Starr before his presentation.
