Exhibit opening: Project Dayshoot+30

Peter Marbach and other Hood River photographers who participated in the project will present at the opening reception. On July 15, 2013, more than 150 photographers and videographers set out across Oregon to capture 24 hours of life in the state. From the top of Mount Hood to Hells Canyon, from land, sea and air, the participants of Project Dayshoot+30 collected thousands of images that, taken together, form a self-portrait of Oregon. The name of the project comes from the fact that July 15, 2013, was the 30th anniversary of a similar effort — the original Project Dayshoot — that took place July 15, 1983. The show will run through June 29.
