Solera Brewery's monthly brunch series continues!
Our September brunch menu was created by Andrea Bemis of Dishing Up The Dirt and inspired by her "local 30" challenge. All of the ingredients on the menu will be sourced within 200 miles of Parkdale, Oregon! Get ready for a farm-fresh meal that supports your local families, farmers and producers!
$25 includes your choice of the following and your first drink:
The Classic: Ham and Eggs
Slice of Ham, two sunnyside-up, farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread and homefries with winter squash
The PNW: Salmon and Frittata
Smoked Salmon, veggie frittata, sourdough bread and a side of baked fruit with hazelnuts, honey and yogurt
