Blue Trick returns to Riverside Grill Friday at 9 p.m. In August, the band debuted material from their new CD, “Happy Ride,” at the grill. Friday’s show will feature material from the CD in addition to danceable cover tunes. Blue Trick is vocalist/bassist Christine Brinster, guitarist Michael Brinster, and drummer Susan Franklin. They describe their music as “folksy, bluesy rock with a twang.” Blue Trick has played Portland the the Gorge of late, and Christine said, “We’re looking forward to playing the hometown crowd again.” On Saturday at Riverside Grill, blues guitarist Terry Robb performs a 9 p.m. show.
