Legion hosts Noah Smith benefit

The band Alibi will be featured in a benefit dance for Noah Smith. It will take place on Saturday at the Hood River American Legion Club from 7 to 11 p.m.

Cost is $10, with all proceeds donated to the Noah Smith fund. The event will include food, dancing and fun for all ages. For more information contact Carol Annala at 386-4438 or Teresa Bollinger at 386-4722.

Noah Smith, 22, who grew up in Hood River, suffered debilitating injuries in a December 2002 accident in Eugene when he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle.
