A paving crew raises steam on Belmont Avenue at 18th Street during street work early this week. Next week, the city plans to do paving on 9th Court from Pacific Avenue as well as the intersection of 8th Street and Pacific Avenue. Vehicles must not be parked in these areas between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the days noted. Vehicles may be towed if in the construction area.
