The Hood River Valley Eagles swim team got back into its home pool on Thursday night and promptly splashed its way to victory over the Central Catholic Rams.

Sarah DeSitter, Erin Jones, Kyle Donahue and Zed and Peter Debbaut all had two wins to lead the Eagles to the win.

“I was very pleasantly surprised,” Coach Jane Nichols said of her team’s effort.

The Eagles had 38 best swims on the girls’ side and 32 best swims on the boys’ side.
