Francis "Fritz" Kennard, 71, died on Aug. 1, 2011, at his home in Mount Hood. He was born Jan. 8, 1940.
Graveside rites will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, at Three Mile Cemetery in The Dalles, Ore.
