Margaret Leona Williams, 96, was born in Burnsville, N.C., to Samuel and Ella Mae Piercy on Oct. 8, 1914, and passed away June 21, 2011, at the Hood River Care Center in Hood River, Ore. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 6 at Valley Memorial Park, 3809 S.E. Tualatin Valley Highway in Hillsboro, Ore.
