Philip J. Perrin, of Dublin, Calif., died Aug. 6, 2011, in Dublin. He was born Feb. 17i, 1979, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Mary and Bill Perrin.
He was a 1997 graduate of Hood River Valley High School.
He is survived by his sister, Nicole Perrin, brother, Chris Perrin, and mother, Mary Perrin, all of Milwaukee, Wis.
