Columbia Center for the Arts is looking for performers to participate in the 2011 "Lyp Sync Challenge" on March 12, at 7:30 p.m. You all know about Hood River Valley High School's Air Guitar, and we think it is high time that adults get in on the fun. Gather your group, pick a song (early entries get the best song choices, no duplicate songs) and put together your performance. Each performance may not exceed 5 minutes including prop setup, on/off stage and performance. The performances should be creative in style, costume and showmanship. Teams with one to 15 participants may be entered. There will be a limit of 20 entries. Let's create a fun evening for everyone to enjoy. Contact Jacquie Barone at firstname.lastname@example.org or Catherine Butler at email@example.com for information on how to get involved.
