James Alford Rowlands, "Skip," 80, passed away July 9, 2011, at his home in Lyle, Wash. He was born March 29, 1931.
Services are planned for 6 p.m. Thursday, July 14, at Shepherd of the Valley, 1631 Eighth St., Hood River.
