The Hood River County Chamber of Commerce will host Hood River Fire Chief Devon Wells and Joe Wampler, Hood River County Sheriff, as the featured speakers at the Government Affairs breakfast March 15 at 7:30 a.m.
Wells will report on the Hood River fire station expansion as well as on fire safety and prevention services the department offers.
Wampler will discuss current issues regarding the Hood River Sheriff's office.
The Hood River County Chamber's monthly no-host Government Affairs breakfast is open to the public and hosted by the Hood River Charburger, located at 4100 Westcliff Drive, Hood River, 541-386-3101.
Reservations are not required. The restaurant will be offering Eggs Benedict as a breakfast special.
