Louise Glazier Spencer, 72, passed away Sept. 7, 2011, in The Dalles, Ore. Louise was born Oct. 20, 1938, in Hood River, Ore.
A Celebration of Life is planned for noon Saturday, Sept. 24, at the Cascade Locks Marine Park.
