Nov. 17 — Lincoln Street — Male arrested for assault III domestic, burglary, criminal trespass I (x2), interfering with making a report and telephonic harassment and lodged at NORCOR.
Nov. 20 — Sherman Avenue — Female arrested for domestic assault.
Nov. 28 — Ninth Street — Juvenile female arrested for assault IV and lodged at NORCOR.
n Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):
Nov. 9 — Nix Drive at 12th Street — A Hood River resident, being the holder of a valid medical marijuana caregiver’s card, was found to have in excess the amount allowable by law.
Nov. 10 — Oak Street, 1300 block — Juvenile male cited for driving violations and possession of marijuana after taking his parents car without permission.
Nov. 11 — Wasco Street — A Parkdale resident was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to yield to a pedestrian.
Nov. 11 — Wasco Street — A resident of The Dalles was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of marijuana and lodged at NORCOR.
Nov. 14 — Oak Street at Cascade Avenue — A Hood River male was cited and released for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Nov. 16 — Button Bridge Road — A Goldendale resident was cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Nov. 17 — Seventh Street at Cascade — Male arrested and lodged for possession of over an ounce of marijuana.
Nov. 19 — I-84 at milepost 64 — A Portland resident was cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Nov. 20 — 12th Street. 1800 block — Male arrested for DUII and resisting arrest.
Nov. 22 — 12th Street at June Street — Male cited for no operator’s license and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and the vehicle towed.
Nov. 23 — Riverview Lodge — Two Hood River females were arrested for possession and distribution of marijuana, and lodged.
n Driving under the influence of intoxicants:
Nov. 16 — Button Bridge Road at Marina Way — Male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and lodged. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
Nov. 25 — State Street at Third Street — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and lodged at NORCOR.
n Identity theft or bank/credit card fraud:
Nov. 9 — Prospect Avenue, 200 block — Officer took report of the fraudulent use of a credit card online.
Nov. 13 — Montello Avenue, 500 block — Male reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.
Nov. 20 — Cascade Avenue, 2200 block — Officer took report of a forged check; the victim was from Redmond.
n Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:
Nov. 8 — E. Marina Drive, 1100 block — A pickup truck was hit from the side while parked in a lot. Video surveillance determined an unknown truck tractor semi trailer caused the damage.
Nov. 17 — Rand Road at Cascade — Male cited for disobeying a traffic control device after causing a non-injury crash.
Nov. 17 — 12th Street, 1500 block — A resident of The Dalles was the apparent victim of a reported hit-and-run.
Nov. 19 — Belmont Avenue, 1700 block — Officer took a vehicle damage report.
Nov. 24 — 20th Street at Columbia Street — Male arrested for driving while criminally suspended and lodged.
Nov. 24 — Oak Street, 1500 block — Officer dispatched for a motor vehicle crash.
Nov. 25 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Officer contacted victim of a hit-and-run in a parking lot.
Nov. 26 — Country Club Road at Cascade Avenue — Officer dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with unknown injury.
Nov. 26 — State Street, 100 block — Officer took report of a hit-and-run.
Nov. 27 — Wasco Street, 1000 block — Officer took report of hit-and-run.
n Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:
Nov. 11 — I-84 at milepost 64 — A Stanfield, Ore. resident was lodged at NORCOR on a warrant out of Clackamas County, with an additional charge of giving false information to a peace officer.
Nov. 13 — Cascade Avenue, 3600 block — Officer responded to a report of a female walking along the roadway, possibly intoxicated. She was on probation and a detainer was authorized out of Wasco County.
Nov. 26 — I-84 at milepost 64 — A resident of Weston, Ore., was arrested on a serviceable warrant out of Washington state, with the additional charge of giving false information to a police officer, and lodged at NORCOR.
Nov. 26 — Cascade Avenue, 1800 block — Hood River resident arrested for probation violation.
Nov. 27 — I-84 at milepost 62 — Driver taken into custody for driving while suspended misdemeanor and lodged at NORCOR.
n Theft, burglary or robbery:
Nov. 9 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Male cited for theft II after officers received a shoplifting complaint from a local store.
Nov. 12 — Cascade Avenue, 2200 block — Two Hood River residents were arrested for shoplifting II at a local store.
Nov. 13 — May Street, 1700 block — Officer responded to a report of a vending machine and its contents found on the property.
Nov. 13 — Cascade Street, 2200 block — Officer contacted a female regarding her stolen cellphone.
Nov. 18 — Taylor Avenue, 1200 block — A male from Salem and a female from Keizer were arrested. The male was lodged at NORCOR for burglary II, criminal mischief III, theft I and II, theft I by receiving, possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. The female was also lodged at NORCOR on a serviceable felony warrant out of Marion County and theft I by receiving.
Nov. 19 — 12th Street, 1700 block — A juvenile was cited and released for shoplifting.
Nov. 20 — Sherman Avenue, 1200 block — Male arrested for burglary I, menacing and attempted assault IV.
Nov. 24 — 12th Street, 1700 block — Male issued criminal citation for theft.
Nov. 26 — Eugene Street, 900 block — Male arrested for theft of a motor vehicle after he crashed attempting to elude police.
Nov. 26 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Officer dispatched to take a report of theft.
Nov. 28 — Wasco Street, 2700 block — Officer took report of a theft from a motor vehicle in the parking lot of a local business.
n Sex offenses:
Nov. 13 — 13th Street — Male arrested for rape I and kidnapping I and lodged at NORCOR.
n Other:
Nov. 21 — Officer assisted Oregon State Police with translation.
Nov. 26 — Second Street, 200 block — Officer took report of lost WIC cards.
Nov. 28 — Fifth Street, 0-100 block — Female reported a lost wallet.
