Dec. 7 — May Street, 1600 block — Officer took report of a student teasing another student with a lighter.
Dec. 12 — Sieverkropp Drive — Hood River male arrested for strangulation of a roommate.
Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):
Dec. 1 — 13th Street at Sherman Avenue — Hood River male cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop.
Dec. 1 — Oak Street, 600 block — The Dalles male arrested for a parole violation. He was later found to be in possession of syringes with methamphetamine residue inside and lodged at NORCOR.
Dec. 3 — Button Bridge Road — A White Salmon resident was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Dec. 3 — E. Marina Drive, 900 block — Husum resident cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Dec. 8 — Sherman Avenue at 17th Street — Hood River resident taken into custody for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation detainer and lodged at NORCOR.
Dec. 14 — Front Street at E. State Street — Hood River resident was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Dec. 16 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Hood River resident cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Dec. 17 — I-84 at Milepost 64 — Male cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana after a traffic stop.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants:
Dec. 8 — Oak Street, 1600 block — Driver cited and released for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Dec. 9 — Seventh Street at Cascade Avenue — Driver arrested for DUII and lodged at NORCOR.
Dec. 9 — Sherman Avenue, 2200 block — Utah resident arrested for DUII alcohol, reckless driving and criminal mischief II and lodged at NORCOR, and cited for open container.
Dec. 10 — Wilson Street, 1000 block — Hood River resident arrested for DUII alcohol.
Dec. 14 — W. Cascade, 2100 block — A Colorado male was arrested and released for DUII.
Identity theft or bank/credit card fraud:
Dec. 9 — May Street, 1000 block — Officer took report of two charges on a debit card without approval from the owner.
n Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:
Dec. 2 — Industrial Street at Wasco Street — A Hood River resident was arrested for reckless driving and lodged at NORCOR, and cited for driving uninsured, failure to obey a traffic control device and failure to carry registration.
Dec. 2 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Officer responded to a motor vehicle crash.
Dec. 3 — Belmont Drive, 2500 block — Officer took report of a hit-and-run and property damage that occurred the previous day.
Dec. 3 — 13th Street at May Street — Officer took report of an accident in which a flatbed trailer broke away from a vehicle, rolled down the street and struck a vehicle.
Dec. 9 — I-84 at milepost 61 — Officer responded to a report of a crash resulting from a wrong-way driver traveling westbound in the eastbound lane.
Dec. 10 — 13th Street at May Street — Officer took report of a non-injury motor vehicle crash.
Dec. 12 — Seven Mile Hill — Officer took an agency assist report for Wasco County Sheriff Office on a motor vehicle crash.
Dec. 13 — Brookside Drive, 1300 block — Hood River male reported his car stolen. The vehicle was later located, with damage and items missing.
Dec. 14 — 13th Street at State Street — Officer responded to a single motor vehicle crash; the driver appeared to be having a seizure.
Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:
Dec. 1 — Cascade Avenue, 3100 block — Hood River male arrested for violating the terms of a restraining order and lodged at NORCOR.
Dec. 4 — Stonegate at Frankton Road — Officer arrested the driver of a vehicle on a confirmed Multnomah County warrant.
Dec. 13 — May Street, 1600 block — Juvenile male lodged at NORCOR on a probation violation.
Dec. 15 — Cascade Avenue, 2000 block — Male arrested on outstanding warrant and charged with disorderly conduct and escape after attempting to flee on foot.
Dec. 16 — I-84 at milepost 64 — Salem resident arrested on a serviceable warrant out of Harney County and lodged at NORCOR.
Theft, burglary or robbery:
Dec. 1 — Eugene Street, 1100 block — Officer dispatched for a theft of skis and a snowboard.
Dec. 3 — E. Marina Drive, 900 block — Officer assisted the Hood River Sheriff Department in the arrest of a male subject suspected of breaking into a vehicle. He was arrested for an unrelated possession charge and lodged at NORCOR.
Dec. 3 — Industrial Street, 600 block — Officer took report of a stolen license plate from a parked vehicle.
Dec. 3 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — Cascade Locks male arrested after taking a television from a local business without paying. The property was returned to the store, and the subject received a citation.
Dec. 2 — Montello Avenue, 400 block — Hood River resident arrested for theft II.
Dec. 12 — 12th Street at C Street — Officer took report of unlawful entry into a vehicle, theft I and criminal mischief III. Numerous items had been stolen.
Dec. 13 — May Street, 2400 block — Officer took report of the theft of $1,700 cash from an apartment.
Dec. 14 — Fourth Street at Oak Street — Four juvenile males and one adult male were arrested for theft I and possession of burglar tools after they all admitted to shoplifting a large number of clothing items totaling over $6,000.
Dec. 1 — Second Street at Oak Street —The Dalles male cited for urinating in public.
Dec. 3 — May Street, 1600 block — Officer responded to a report of a juvenile who brought a loaded BB gun to school.
Dec. 6 — May Street, 1600 block — Officer took report of a lost or stolen flute.
Dec. 9 — Oak Street at Third Street — A lost California driver’s license was recovered.
Dec. 11 — Second Street at Oak Street — Officer took report of a lost cellphone.
