A quiet winter night in the Gorge, with the remnants of a sunny day fading into the night. Evenings for the rest of the week won't be as nice, however. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for the Hood River Valley. A cold low pressure system will bring snow to the cascades and into the valley with the possibility of accompanying thunder and lightning. Forecasts don’t show snow in the Gorge, but wet weather through at least the weekend.
