Horizon Christian defeated Country Christian of Molalla 55-42 in a 1A boys basketball state semifinal game in Baker City Friday night to advance to the championship game against McKenzie tonight at 8:30 p.m.
Max Totaro led the Hawks to victory over Country Christian with 14 points. Horizon led by four at halftime and extended the margin the rest of the way.
McKenzie knocked off Sherman County 63-46 in the other semifinal game.
