The Portland restaurant Jamison has created a special four-course menu to be paired with wines from the Hood River winery Cerulean Nov. 7.
Cerulean’s owners and winemaker will be on hand. There are limited seats available for $65 per person. To make a reservation call Jamison at 503-972-3330.
Dishes include butternut squash paired with Cerulean 2010 Riesling and pan-seared salmon, potato puree and celery root remoulade, paired with Cerulean 2010 Pinot Gris.
