CORVALLIS — Names of students who have made the Scholastic Honor Roll for summer term have been announced by Oregon State University.
A total of 231 students earned straight-A (4.0). Another 341 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing.
Students on the honor roll include two Hood River students with a straight-A average: junior Jose N. Flores in Agricultural Sciences and senior Rafael Marquez in Merchandising Management.
Two students achieved a 3.5 or better including sophomore Leah C. Gilliom in General Science, from Hood River, and junior Kaya J. Semmes in Animal Sciences, from Mount Hood-Parkdale.
To be on the honor roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.
