All calls were responded to within the County of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

April 14 — Baseline Drive — Two subjects had been in an altercation and were charged with assault IV domestic, felony, interfering with making a report and criminal mischief II.

April 15 — S.W. Wasco Street, Cascade Locks — Deputy took information from a female about assault IV and harassment. The male suspect fled the scene.

April 17 — AGA Road — Juvenile male was arrested for harassment and resisting arrest following an altercation with his father and lodged at NORCOR Juvenile Detention Facility.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

April 16 — Indian Creek Road, 1200 block — Juvenile male received misdemeanor citation for the possession of less than one ounce of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school. He was released to his mother.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, trespass and vandalism:

None reported

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

None reported

Identity theft or bank/credit card fraud:

None reported

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

None reported

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

April 15 — State Street, 300 block — Male arrested on a Hood River County Circuit Court warrant and additionally charged with two counts of criminal mischief II.

April 16 — State Street, 300 block — Male arrested at the direction of the Hood River County Probation Office. He was lodged at NORCOR.

April 20 — Wy’east Road at Bartlett Drive — Male arrested for a warrant issued by the Bureau of Immigration following a traffic stop for defective lighting. He was lodged at NORCOR.

Theft or burglary:

April 15 — Henderson Road, 700 block — Deputy took report of a theft by deception.

April 18 — Forest Lane, 900 block, Cascade Locks — Deputies took a report of burglary and theft from a business.

April 18 — Forest Lane, 900 block, Cascade Locks — Deputies took a report of theft III from a residence.

April 21 — Clear Creek Road, 7300 block — Deputy took report of theft I.

Sex offenses:

None reported


April 16 — S.W. Ruckel Street, 0-100 block, Cascade Locks — Two juvenile males, ages 17 and 16, were reported as runaways. The 16 year-old was later found.

April 22 — Wy’east Road, 3000 block — Deputy recovered a chainsaw, found by a male near the north end of Gilhouley Drive.
