March 1 — S.W. Ruckel Street, Cascade Locks — Male arrested in Hood River for assault IV, menacing, and strangulation in Cascade Locks, and lodged at NORCOR.

March 4: Thomsen Rd — Male arrested for assault IV and strangulation, felonies.

Controlled substance (non-DUII):

March 1 — Midway Park — Male cited for having less than ounce of marijuana.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, trespass, vandalism:

March 1 — London Drive, 4400 block — Deputy took report of trespass II and criminal mischief II.

March 3 — Odell Highway, 2900 block — Female cited and released for criminal trespass II.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

March 2 — Highway 35 near Smullin Drive — Male arrested for DUII while suspended, misdemeanor after a traffic stop; BAC .12 percent. He was lodged at NORCOR.

March 3 — Tucker Road at Portland Drive — Male arrested for DUII and lodged at NORCOR.

March 3 — I-84 at MP 51 — Male arrested for DUII, BAC.16; He was lodged at NORCOR.

ID theft or bank/credit fraud:

March 4 — Semmes Drive, 4100 block — Deputy took report of identity theft after a victim discovered debit card was used.

Vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Feb. 26 — Dee Highway, milepost 10 — Deputy investigated a single-vehicle, non-injury crash.

March 1 — I-84 at MP 46 — Two commercial drivers were cited for failing to stop and weigh at Port of Entry.

March 1 — N.W. WaNaPa Street, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Vehicle towed after male was cited for driving uninsured while suspended.

March 2 — I-84 at MP 59 — Deputy responded to vehicle engulfed in fire.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation; violations:

Feb. 26 — State Street, 300 block — Deputy assisted in transporting a subject to NORCOR on a probation violation.

March 3 — S.E. Sunset, 300 block, Cascade Locks — Female arrested on warrant, lodged at NORCOR.

Theft or burglary:

Feb. 26 — Wy’East Road, 3000 block — Juvenile male cited for theft II and identity theft.

Feb. 26 — Early Road, 3400 block — Deputy contacted subject regarding burglary I and theft I.

Other:

March 3 — Sherman at 22nd Street — Deputy assisted the Hood River Police Department in apprehending a suspect who fled from officers during a traffic stop.
