All calls were responded to within the City of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

July 27 — Orchard Road — Male arrested for felony domestic assault IV and harassment and lodged at NORCOR.

July 27 — Wy’east Road — Male reported he was assaulted by another male.

July 28 — Wells Drive — State Street — Domestic violence reported.

Aug. 1 — Highway 281 — Deputy responded to a cold assault. After interviewing the victim and suspect, the deputy cited and released an adult female for assault IV.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

July 27 — Hood River — Juvenile male cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Location unavailable.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

July 29 — Tucker Road, 1200 block — Unknown persons applied red spray paint to a statue in a cemetery.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

July 27 — Tucker Road — Single car motor vehicle crash reported.

July 28 — Tucker Road, 1600 block — Two vehicle non-injury crash reported.

July 30 — Portage Road, 500 block, Cascade Locks — Female arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

July 31 — Cascade Locks Marina — Hit and run reported.

Aug. 1 — S.W. Dry Creek Road, 0-100 block, Cascade Locks — Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle reported.

Aug. 4 — Country Club Road, 1300 block — Deputy responded to an ultra-light air craft accident with injury.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

July 28 — State Street, 300 block — Male placed under arrest.

July 29 — State Street, 300 block — Female arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant and lodged at NORCOR.

July 31 — Hood River — Female arrested for a probation violation. Location unavailable.

Theft, burglary or robbery:

July 27 — S.W. WaNaPa Street, 400 block, Cascade Locks — Unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle reported.

July 29 — Riordan Hill, 4700 block — Male subject contacted regarding a theft I complaint.

Aug. 4 — Graves Road, 3400 block — Female subject contacted regarding a theft complaint.

Other:

July 27 — Tilly Jane Traihead — Deputy responded to a search and rescue call on the Timberline Trail near Eliot Creek. It was reported that a male hiker fell and had a shoulder injury. He was located by the Crag Rats and escorted down the trail. He was transported back to his vehicle to seek medical assistance in Portland.

July 29 — Lost Lake Road, 5100 block — Deputies responded to a shorts fired call.

Aug. 2 — Starvation Creek Trail near Mt. Defiance — Found property turned into the sheriff’s office.

Aug. 3 — Hood River — Female taken into protective custody.
