Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

July 21 — E. Marina Way — A Washington female was assaulted by a male and female.

July 25 — Event Site — Officers were dispatched to an assault in progress. After contacting all parties involved, it was learned that an assault and a domestic assault occurred and a Washington resident, who fled the area, was the suspect.

July 27 — Second Street — A New York male was arrested for assault IV and disorderly conduct.

July 27 — Orchard Road — Officer assisted Hood River Sheriff’s Office with a domestic assault.

July 31 — Hood River — A Troutlake, Wash., resident was arrested on the charges of attempted kidnapping II (domestic violence), harassment (domestic violence) and disorderly conduct II and lodged at NORCOR.

Aug. 1 — Wilson Street — Officer responded to a domestic assault. A male was arrested for felony domestic assault IV and strangulation.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

July 18 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — A Carson, Wash., resident was arrested for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a schedule III and schedule IV controlled substances, tampering with drug records, and theft I.

July 23 — Hood River — Two residents of Red Bluff, Calif., were cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Location unavailable.

July 24 — Hood River — Male cited for possession of marijuana after it was located during a traffic stop. Location unavailable.

July 30 — E. Marina Drive, 1000 block — A Klamath Falls, Ore., resident was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and lodged at NORCOR.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

July 15 — Westcliff Drive, 4000 block — Criminal mischief reported at a local motel. A bathroom window had been broken out of one of the units.

July 21 — N. First Street, 100 block — A transient male was arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was lodged at NORCOR.

July 29 — Oak Street, 300 block — Male reported damage to an enclosed trailer.

July 30 — Montello Avenue, 400 block — Juvenile male arrested for trespassing after entering a house without permission. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Aug. 4 — Railroad Street, 100 block — Male contacted regarding criminal mischief to a vehicle.

Aug. 4 — Sherman Avenue, 400 block — Hood River resident reported someone had entered an apartment and broke eggs on the door.

Aug. 5 — Fifth Street, 0-100 block — A Seattle female was cited and released for criminal trespassing after she refused to leave a business after being told by management to leave.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

July 20 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Location unavailable.

July 18 — Cascade Avenue, 2600 block — Possible identity theft reported.

Aug. 6 — Cascade Avenue, 2600 block — Fraudulent money order reported.

n Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

July 15 — 13th and May Streets — Officer responded to a two car motor vehicle crash.

July 15 — Oak Street near Cascade Avenue — Officer responded to a two vehicle accident with minor injuries.

July 17 — Hood River — Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a speeding violation. The vehicle did not stop and eluded the officer into Washington State. The driver and passenger swapped places while in Washington. The vehicle turned into a driveway around milepost 93. Both were taken out of a high risk stop and arrested. They were booked and lodged at Klickitat County Jail.

July 23 — Rand Road, 1000 block — An abandoned, crashed vehicle was located.

July 27 — 13th and Montello — Officer responded to a non-injury motor vehicle crash.

July 30 — Hood River — Officer responded to a two car motor vehicle crash. Both drivers exchanged information and one was cited for disobeying a stop sign. Location unavailable.

Aug. 1 — Hood River — A Vancouver, Wash., resident was cited for following too closely, which caused a three car motor vehicle crash. Location unavailable.

Aug. 2 — Hood River — Officer responded to a two car non-injury motor vehicle crash. Location unavailable.

July 18 — Second Street, 100 block — Officer received a complaint of a bar patron smelling of marijuana. When the officer arrived, a male admitted to having a little bit of marijuana on his person. He also had a warrant out of The Dalles Municipal Court. He was lodged at NORCOR.

July 14 — Cascade Avenue, 3300 block — A generator was reported stolen from a local business.

July 19 — N. Second Street, 100 block — Burglary reported.

July 23 — Columbia Street, 1200 block — Four stolen skateboards were reported stolen.

July 24 — Westcliff Drive, 4000 block — Bicycle with a value of about $1200 was reported stolen.

July 24 — Montello Avenue, 1000 block — A Hood River resident reported the theft of a backpack sprayer from his vehicle.

Aug. 5 — State Street, 1200 block — Officer took report of a theft from a motor vehicle. A pack containing clothes and a coat was stolen from the vehicle.

Aug. 5 — Westcliff Drive, 4000 block — Officer contacted a Portland, Ore., resident who reported his backpack stolen.

July 29 — Oak Street, 1600 block — Female reported her 17-year-old daughter as a runaway.

Aug. 2 — Cascade Avenue, 1800 block — Juvenile reported as a runaway for the second time within a week.

Aug. 2 — 27th Street, 900 block — A Hood River male was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon, disorderly conduct, obstruction and two counts of reckless endangering stemming after the suspect fired a military-style rifle.
