Sheriff Log, Dec. 22 to 28

All calls were responded to within the County of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

Dec. 23 — Van Horn Drive — Harassment/assault reported.

Dec. 23 — Fir Mountain Road — Domestic disturbance reported.

Dec. 26 — Central Vale Drive — Assault and harassment that had occurred the day before reported.

Dec. 27 — Wheeler Road — Male arrested for domestic assault IV.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

Dec. 28 — I-84 near Hood River — Male cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana following a traffic stop.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

Dec. 25 — AGA Road, 3300 block — Female arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and criminal trespass I. BAC registered .09 percent. She was lodged at NORCOR.

Dec. 25 — Hood River — Male arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. BAC registered .14 percent. He was lodged at NORCOR.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Dec. 26 — Highway 35 near milepost 101 — Deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles. One was blocking with the driver sustaining non-life threatening injuries. The other driver was not injured and was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Dec. 27 — Bartlett Drive, 4000 block — Male arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and cited and released another male for assault IV as part of the same incident.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

Dec. 25 — Orchard Road, 1600 block — Male arrested for two outstanding felony warrants and resisting arrest. He was lodged at NORCOR.


Dec. 27 — Gateway Drive, 3400 block — Deputies dispatched to assist at an unattended death.
