History Museum hosts ‘Decades of Play’ July 13

The History Museum is bringing back “Decades of Play,” a fun filled free Family Day, on Sunday, July 13, from 1 to 4 p.m. The museum will have game stations inside and outside that will allow kids and families of all ages to play games and activities from the past century.

Favorites from last year will be returning, such as the Atari, lawn Twister, and giant bubbles. The museum is also adding new stations, including museum bingo and fun photo opportunities.

The Museum is also looking for volunteers to help with Family Day, from manning game stations to taking photos of the event.

For further information on Family Day or to volunteer, contact Carly Squyres, Education and Volunteer Coordinator at 541-386-6772 or email at thmvolunteer@hrecn.net .

The History Museum of Hood River County is located at 300 E. Port Marina Drive in the Port Marina Park. Exit #64 off I-84.
