Ziegner qualifies for state tennis

Scottie Ziegner will be the lone player to represent HRVHS tennis at this week’s 5A State championships. Ziegner finished fourth in last week’s district tournament to qualify.

Mason records hole-in-one at Indian Creek

Indian Creek Golf Course reported a hole-in-one by Hood River’s Armanda Mason on the course’s tenth hole on May 16. Mason used a pitching wedge to sink the 101-yard shot.

Hood2River coming soon

Registration for the inaugural Hood2River Relay Race is open and organizers are excited to be bringing the multi-stage relay race to Hood River County. The May 31 event starts on the slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows and ends at the Hood River Marina. See hood2riverrelay.com for details.
