Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

Aug. 30 — Second Street, 100 block — Officer responded to a large fight involving multiple persons.

Sept. 8 — Sieverkropp Drive — Male arrested for felony domestic assault and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 8 — Hood River — Two juvenile females reported they were assaulted. Location unavailable.

Sept. 10 — Ehrck Hill Road — Suspicious burn on the cheek of a three-year-old reported.

Sept. 12 — May Street — Alleged child abuse reported.

Sept. 14 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested for assault II. Location unavailable.

Sept. 15 — Hood River — Harassment reported.

Sept. 21 — Ninth Court — Officer investigated a domestic assault where the suspect pushed his pregnant companion and her daughter while attempting to take the phone away while the victim was trying to call 911.

Sept. 24 — Hood River — Domestic assault reported.

Sept. 25 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — Female had a confrontation in a parking lot.

Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):

Aug. 25 — Cascade Avenue, 2600 block — Hood River male arrested for possession of heroin, methamphetamine and tampering with drug records and lodged at NORCOR. He was additionally cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. A second Hood River male was cited and released for traffic violations and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Aug. 28 — Oak Street, 1600 block — Hood River resident cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Aug. 28 — 12th Street, 1900 block — Motorcycle stopped for a minor traffic violation. The driver did not have a motorcycle endorsement, insurance or valid vehicle registration. He also had a small amount of marijuana. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.

Sept. 3 — 12th Street, 1700 block — Male arrested for possession of methamphetamine and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 10 — Hood River — Driver cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Location unavailable.

Sept. 11 — Cascade Ave., 2000 block — Marijuana odor detected during a traffic stop. Driver was in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and cited.

Sept. 14 — Hood River — Traffic stop conducted where passenger was not wearing a seatbelt; three of the four occupants had outstanding warrants for their arrest. The driver was also charged with criminal driving while suspended and possession of methamphetamine. Another female passenger was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine. The vehicle was towed.

Sept. 19 — Hood River — A White Salmon, Wash., resident as arrested on the charges of manufacture of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, attempting to elude on foot, attempting to elude in a vehicle, criminal mischief III and two outstanding warrants, and additionally received several traffic citations and a citation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Another Washington resident involved in the same incident was charged with possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation.

Sept. 20 — Hood River — A Pendleton, Ore., resident was arrested for unlawful possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor, and lodged at NORCOR. Location unavailable.

Sept. 24 — State Street, 300 block — Officer conducted a drug evaluation on a subject who had been arrested by a Hood River County deputy.

Sept. 25 — Hood River — Eugene, Ore., resident arrested on four charges of possession of a schedule II drug and lodged at NORCOR. The subject was additionally cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Sept. 26 — Oak Street, 1100 block — Subject cited and released for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop. The subject was also cited for driving uninsured and driving on a suspended Idaho driver’s license.

Sept. 28 — State Street, 300 block — Officer conducted a drug evaluation of a subject arrested by an Oregon State Trooper.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

Aug. 25 — 15th Street, 1200 block — Keyed vehicle reported.

Aug. 29 — Cascade Avenue, 3300 block — Male arrested for criminal mischief I, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct II after he gained entry into a parked vehicle after breaking out all the windows. He also placed an ashtray in the middle of an intersection, causing vehicles to hit it and impeding traffic.

Aug. 31 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Hood River resident arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct II, harassment and menacing, and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 5 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct II and a probation violation detainer, and lodged at NORCOR. Location unavailable.

Sept. 8 — Cascade Avenue, 1700 block — Business reported a window being broken out.

Sept. 8 — Oak Street, 1600 block — Car window reported being broken out.

Sept. 8 — May Street, 800 block — Damage to motor vehicle reported.

Sept. 13 — Hope Avenue, 130 block — Vandalism reported to a vehicle.

Sept. 15 — Cascade Avenue, 2000 block — Hood River male arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct and lodged at NORCOR. He was additionally charged with criminal mischief III for causing damage to a parole car.

Sept. 19 — Westcliff Drive, 4000 block — Victim reported several occurrences of women’s underwear being placed on his car by unknown suspects.

Sept. 26 — Oak Street, 500 block — Graffiti reported.

Sept. 28 — Cascade Avenue, 200 block — Male arrested for disorderly conduct after provoking several people by saying racial slurs. He was lodged at NORCOR.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

Aug. 24 — Wasco Street, 1500 block — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aug. 31 — Tucker Road, 2200 block — Washington State male arrested, cited and released for driving under the influence of alcohol. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Sept. 1 — Hood River — California juvenile arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, attempting to elude in a vehicle and on foot, giving false information to a police officer and criminal mischief I. He was also cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consuming. The involved vehicle was crashed by the juvenile and towed from the scene.

Sept. 6 — Hood River — Odell resident arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Sept. 6 — Hood River — Vehicle stopped for minor traffic violation. Driver showed signs of impairment and consented to field sobriety tests, which he failed. The driver was given a breath test, which he also failed. He was cited and released to his sister.

Sept. 7 — Hood River — 18-year-old male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and minor in possession of alcohol.

Sept. 7 — E. Marina Drive, 900 block — Milwaukie, Ore., resident arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 10 — Freedom Loop, 2000 block — Male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run, and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 13 — Hood River — Hood River resident arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Sept. 21 — Highline Drive, 700 block — Vehicle pulled over for minor traffic violation. Officer noticed several signs of impairment. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. The driver also failed a breath test and was later cited and released to his friend.

Sept. 21 — Oak Street, 1100 block — A Stevenson, Wash., resident as arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and additionally cited for driving while suspended.

Sept. 17 — I-84 near Cascade Locks — Officer observed a possible intoxicated driver. The driver was operating a vehicle missing a front wheel and tire, and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. The officer was off duty and alerted police. The driver was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants by the Oregon State Police.

Sept. 27 — Oak Street, 1100 block — Hood River male arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of methamphetamine and possession of methadone.

Sept. 27 — Hood River — Mosier resident arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and additionally cited for open container and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Sept. 27 — Hood River — Male arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Aug. 24 — Belmont Avenue, 1300 block — Hit and run reported. A suspect was later identified and arrested for hit and run and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aug. 24 — Cascade Avenue, 1900 block — Two Hood River residents reported their vehicles had been struck and damaged while parked at a local bar.

Aug. 25 — Wasco Street, 1500 block — Hood River resident contacted regarding damage done to a vehicle.

Aug. 25 — Cascade Avenue at Rand Road — Officer responded to a two car motor vehicle accident.

Sept. 2 — Cascade Avenue, 2500 block — Male arrested for criminally driving while suspended and lodged at NORCOR. The vehicle was released to his brother.

Sept. 6 — Hood River —Siletz, Ore., resident arrested for driving while suspended (misdemeanor) and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 6 — Hood River — Vehicle towed after discovering the driver did not have insurance. A passenger in the vehicle was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Sept. 8 — Pacific and 12th Streets — Officer investigated a pedestrian versus vehicle accident. The pedestrian was transported to the emergency room with injuries.

Sept. 15 — Wasco Street, 900 block — Non-injury motor vehicle crash reported.

Sept. 17 — I-84 at milepost 62 — Officer dispatched to a non-injury motor vehicle crash.

Sept. 19 — Belmont Avenue — Motor vehicle crash reported.

Sept. 24 — Wasco Street, 2700 block — An Odell resident reported his vehicle was hit while parked.

Sept. 25 — I-84 at exit 62 — Officer took report of a damaged guardrail.

Aug. 27 — Eugene Street, 1200 block — Hood River resident arrested on a valid circuit court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Aug. 27 — 10th Street, 1000 block — Male arrested on a valid felony warrant out of Hood River Circuit Court.

Aug. 28 — Oak Street, 100 block — Hood River juvenile arrested on the charges of probation violation, theft III, criminal trespass II and attempt to elude on foot, and lodged at NORCOR Juvenile Detention Center. The juvenile also received citations for minor in possession of tobacco and unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Aug. 29 — Cascade Avenue — Hood River resident arrested for violating a restraining order.

Aug. 30 — Cascade Avenue, 200 block — Male arrested for an outstanding Hood River Circuit Court warrant and lodged at NORCOR.

Sept. 23 — Lincoln Street, 1300 block — Male arrested for an Oregon State Parole Warrant and lodged at NORCOR.

Aug. 25 — Cascade Avenue, 2200 block — A Hood River resident inadvertently left her wallet in shopping cart and when she realized it, she returned to attempt to locate the wallet, but it was gone.

Aug. 26 — Cascade Street, 700 block — Female contacted regarding her missing purse.

Sept. 1 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — Officer dispatched for a shoplifter in custody.

Sept. 2 — Cascade Avenue, 2100 block — Male juvenile reported the theft of a bicycle.

Sept. 4 — Second Street, 200 block — Second Street, 200 block — Theft reported; male believes he is the victim of a fraudulent business.

Sept. 4 — Cascade Avenue, 2200 block — Stevenson, Wash., resident contacted regarding a stolen wallet.

Sept. 5 — Sieverkropp Drive, 900 block — Attempted burglary and criminal mischief reported.

Sept. 5 — Prospect Avenue, 200 block — Bingen resident called and reported his car had been stolen.

Sept. 8 — Cascade Avenue, 200 block — Bicycle reported stolen.

Sept. 9 — Hazel Avenue, 2900 block — Female contacted regarding a burglary.

Sept. 10 — 12th Street, 1800 block — Stolen cell phone reported.

Sept. 11 — Seventh Street and Pine Street — Officer responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle. On further investigation it was determined the vehicle had been stolen out of Bingen, Wash.

Sept. 11 — Cascade Avenue, 2500 block — Officer responded to a report of a male stealing beer and sitting outside to drink it.

Sept. 13 — Hood River Toll Bridge — Theft of toll reported. While looking for the suspect, officer came upon a crash that had just occurred on Highway 35 involving the suspect and another vehicle.

Sept. 15 — May Street — Small amount of cash stolen out of a car.

Sept. 15 — Oak Street, 100 block — Attempted theft reported.

Sept. 16 — 14th Street, 1400 block — Male reported the theft of his marijuana bong, valued at $200.

Sept. 17 — E. Marina Drive, 1100 block — Stolen purse reported.

Sept. 17 — 12th Street, 1900 block — Theft reported.

Sept. 17 — Industrial Street, 600 block — Unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle reported.

Sept. 17 — Sherman Avenue, 400 block — Vehicle broken into; female reported her purse was stolen and the suspect attempted to make purchases with her credit card.

Sept. 19 — Oak Street, 900 block — Home owner reported confronting a male who had entered their vehicle. Suspect was arrested and charged with burglary II, criminal mischief III, criminal trespass II, theft III and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Sept. 24-25 — Hood River — Two separate reports were generated regarding the purchasing and selling of stolen or mislain iPhones.

Sept. 18 — Hood River — Female taken into protective custody because she had cut herself and made statements that she wanted to kill herself. She was transported to the emergency room.

Sept. 20 — Second Street, 200 block — Portland male cited for urinating in public.

Sept. 20 — Cascade Avenue, 3300 block — Juvenile female cited for minor in possession of alcohol following a traffic stop. She was released to her friend per her guardian.

Sept. 20 — W. Cascade, 3300 block — Vehicle stopped for a minor traffic violation. The driver admitted to drinking alcohol, but was only 20 years of age. The driver was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and several traffic violations.

Sept. 24 — Ninth Street — Hood River teen ran away from home.
