Police Log, Aug. 10 to 16

All calls were responded to within the City of Hood River.

Assaults, harassment, menacing and domestic violence:

Aug. 11 — 12th Street — A Hood River female was arrested for harassment and disorderly conduct.

Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:

Aug. 11 — Oak Street near Eighth Street — Criminal mischief to a power pole and some hand railing reported.

Aug. 11 — Hood River — Washington female arrested for disorderly conduct II and lodged at NORCOR. She was intoxicated and walking in the lanes of travel on I-84 near exit 64.

Aug. 15 — Hood River — Male arrested for disorderly conduct II and a probation violation.

Aug. 15 — Montello Avenue, 2600 block — Hood River male arrested for trespassing on property where he had been advised not to be on.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants:

Aug. 16 — Hood River — Hood River male arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and lodged at NORCOR.

Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:

Aug. 10 — W. Cascade Avenue. 3600 block — Hit and run reported in the parking lot of a local bar. The suspect vehicle was identified by license plate and was witnessed leaving east on Cascade Avenue.

Aug. 10 — State Street, 600 block — Hit and run reported. The reporting party advised a vehicle backed into a parking meter, causing damage, and then left the scene.

Aug. 15 — W. Cascade, 2200 block — Vehicle damage reported.

Aug. 16 — Hood River — The Dalles male arrested for criminally driving while suspended.

Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:

Aug. 10 — C Street, 1500 block — Female arrested for violating her release agreement and tampering with a witness.

Aug. 11 — Hood River — A Hood River male was arrested for a parole violation.

Aug. 12 — Sieverkropp Drive — Restraining order violation reported.

Aug. 12 — Cascade Avenue, 2100 block — Female arrested on two warrants and lodged at NORCOR.

Aug. 14 — Belmont Avenue, 1700 block — Hood River male arrested on an outstanding probation violation warrant and lodged at NORCOR.

Theft, burglary or robbery:

Aug. 11 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — The Dalles resident cited and released for shoplifting.


Aug. 12 — E. Port Marina Drive, 1000 block — Two bikes were found on Port property.
