Sheriff’s Office, MINT serve narcotics search warrants

Mid-Columbia Interagency Narcotics Task Force (MINT) conducted an investigation into the possession and delivery of methamphetamine which led to search warrants at 2350 Montello Ave., and 1623 Fifth Street, both in Hood River, on Nov. 12.

These search warrants were predicated by several months of investigation. Related to the search warrant at 2350 Montello Ave., Angel Sanchez-Andrade, a 37-year-old male, turned himself in on Nov. 13.

He was charged with possession and delivery of methamphetamine and was lodged at NORCOR. Related to the search warrant at 1623 Fifth Street, there were no arrests made and both are still currently under investigation by MINT. Anyone with information is asked to call MINT in this case or any other drug related cases.

MINT is comprised of law enforcement officers from The Dalles City Police, The Wasco County Sheriff’s Office and Hood River Sheriff’s Office.
