COACH DeLona Campos-Davis and members of the HRVHS Speech and Debate team celebrate their win Saturday at Hood River Valley High School.
The Hood River Valley Speech and Debate team hosted the District 9 tournament on Saturday, April 2.
The team defended its title as District Champions, sending a total of 15 competitors in 21 events to the state competition to be held on April 21-23 at Western Oregon University in Monmouth.
All six seniors on the team qualified and will be attending the state competition, Coach DeLona Campos-Davis reported.
