The Hood River Police were called to Subway restaurant, located at 1920 West Cascade Avenue, for a report of an armed robbery on July 3 at about 6:58 p.m.

A man armed with a gun entered Subway and told an employee to give him the money from the cash register, according to Sgt. Don Cheli.

The man left Subway with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen running towards the area of Rotary Skate Park, located at the corner of 20th Street and Wasco.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s and is between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing dark grey sweatpants, white hoodie, black beanie hat with sunglasses and white scarf over his face.

There were no injuries reported during the robbery.
